Shipping & Returns , Cancellation , Refund, Exchange Terms and conditions
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions (T&Cs),on which Merchandise Sale is effected . Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any merchandise purchase. You should understand that by making a purchase, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference at time of purchase.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3 to 7 days from the order date, depending on your location. Personalized items require additional processing time.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free domestic shipping in India. We are working on expanding our international shipping services soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Tracking:
You will receive tracking details over Email, Message and/or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. An approximate amount of Rs.99 (+/- 20) will be deducted from the refund amount to account for return delivery costs. If the product is exchanged instead, the cost of return will be waived. In case you have purchased a StadiumFC product from anywhere other than the StadiumFC Website, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply.
Return Process:
You can initiate a return request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, the customer may be responsible to return the product to our warehouse via an alternate courier service, such as India Post.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGE, REFUND

ALL CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ARE ACCEPTED ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE IN ITS ORIGINAL NEW STATE WITH ALL ITS PACKING AND LABELLING INTACT .

Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our delivery partner. Once a shipment has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible, and a return request must be initiated instead.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider. StadiumFC reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non refundable in case of returns.

Missing Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a tampered, empty, or missing product, please report it to our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery. Further, if you suspect tampering, please capture a 360-degree video of the package being opened as evidence.

Claims may not be processed without sufficient proof. Please note that the brand reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims. In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual delivery to StadiumFC warehouse doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts .

Exchange Policy:
You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order once per order. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns, except there will be no cost to you to return the product.

The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up. To request for an exchange, please contact us with the product you want in exchange for the returned product.

ADDITIONAL
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers for order fulfilment and delivery. While we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience, certain factors may be beyond our control. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact our Customer Support, and we will assist you to resolve the matter.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without the prior written consent from us.
Our Operator may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

COMMUNICATION
All communication given by you to us must be given to us at training@stadiumsoccer.in. Communication will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or 3 days after the date of posting of any letter.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, the Merchandise sale invoice / Registration/Admission Form and any other document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
SEVERABILITY
If any of these terms or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Course/Program and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Indian law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka – India.
